Replacement & Refund Policy
At GenZ’s Spices, we do not offer refunds once a product is sold.
However, replacement will be provided in case of damaged, expired, or incorrect products, subject to verification.
Replacement conditions:
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Proof (unboxing video or clear photos) is required
No replacement will be provided for taste preferences or improper storage after delivery.
